A nonprofit coffee shop in Lone Tree, open since March 2025 on the second floor of its building. After hours the whole floor rents out for parties and meetings, but the old event page left a renter’s real questions unanswered, and inquiries came in at about six a month.
What we built
A new website with an event page that answers what renters ask, and the Google work behind it.

Inquiries straight to the manager
Each one reaches the manager by email with the date, the kind of event and the headcount, and one tap marks it done. The renter gets an email right away saying when to expect an answer.

Easy to find
Thirty business listings, the right categories on their Google profile, and pages written for the searches people make in Lone Tree.

A reply for each new review
Each new Google review gets a reply drafted in the shop’s voice, and it goes up after a person reads and OKs it.
What happened
Nearly 2× the event inquiries a month since the new event page went live.
