Eleven years of training, and clients who came by word of mouth. His old site talked about “our team” and spoke only to companies.

What we built

Behind the site, the setup his clients use to book, sign and reach him.

  • His booking form on a phone: your name, phone, email, what you’d like to work on, and who’s training

    Booking form

    New clients ask for a free 15-minute consult. It lands in his inbox, and he texts or calls back within two business days.

  • His training agreement on a phone: “Your training agreement.” Read it, fill in your details and sign; a copy comes by email

    Waiver form

    Clients read it and sign online. A signed copy goes to them and to Doug by email.

  • Business email

    doug@koomsonwellness.ca. His own name on his own domain, landing in the inbox he already uses.
